The DIO1413 is a high-precision sensor chip for temperature monitoring in laptops, servers, and industrial applications. The DIO1413 achieves an inaccuracy of ±1°C even in complex application environments by utilizing advanced methods, including Resistance Error Correction (REC), Dynamic Element Matching, Automatic BJT Type Detection and Automatic Beta Detection and Compensation. The DIO1413 monitors three temperatures channels. The DIO1413 is compatible with the System Management Bus (SMBus) and Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) communication protocol. The DIO1413 can operate at ambient temperatures of -40°C ~ 125°C and have programmable High, Low, and Therm Limit for over-temperature alarm. In addition, the device can also detect erroneous states.
