The DIO1411 is high-precision sensor chip for temperature monitoring in computer, server, and industrial applications. The on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) offers resolutions down to 0.0625°C. The device offers a typical inaccuracy of ±0.25°C without external component signal conditioning. The DIO1411 is compatible with the System Management Bus (SMBus) and Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) communication protocol. The DIO1411 can change the SMbus (or I2C) address by the resistance of different pull-up resistors on /THERM/ADDR pin. The DIO1411 can operate at ambient temperatures from -40°C to 125°C and have programmable alarm function.
